The air conditioning remote in our room didn't work, quite frustrating during the hot nights. Communication regarding billing was troublesome. It took multiple emails to clarify the currency conversion issue, causing unnecessary stress. Dinner was disappointing as the breads tasted stale and unappetizing, leaving us looking for better options elsewhere.

The really good customer service from the wonderful staff. Daily fresh flowers and fine art really elevated the experience!

Wi-Fi access was limited to public areas, making it inconvenient for those needing constant connection.

We appreciated staying here, it's nicely renovated and nicely decorated hotel with patient staff from management and all the staff. We spent 8 nights in queen room. The venue was placed in the very central location near the waterfront in the old part of Cochin.

We were in a superior queen room with the garden and balcony plus comfy beds. The breakfast was delicious and consisted of amazing meals. The hotel had indeed a good and excellent location right in the center of Fort Cochin.
